I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean with just a minor wet spot on the carpeted floor. The layout was a bit cramped with 2 beds, and there weren't enough pillows and blankets available. The service was friendly overall, but there was a small issue with getting a receipt. The location was convenient, but I wouldn't recommend going out alone after dark. The dining options were limited, although the quality was decent. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel room was excellent with a view of our vehicle parked right outside, perfect for a weekend getaway. Despite feeling a bit unsafe at night, the hotel's location by the Conference Center was convenient for easy access to different areas around Duluth.
The hotel is situated in a great location, right by the Conference Center, making it a good starting point for daily adventures in Duluth. The room was spacious enough for two people but lacked a microwave, and there was an unusual shower head placement near the stairway. However, the price paid per night was considered reasonable for a downtown location.
